The SMS platform is the third OnlyDialer app, its own Next.js app and Vercel project at sms.onlydialer.com. It gives agents a shared two-way inbox with threaded conversations, saved templates, bulk campaigns with scheduled send windows, drip sequences with enrollments, contact import, tagging, media, and an AI reply-suggestion endpoint. It also handles outbound email with verified sending domains and unsubscribe handling. It is the receiving end of most of the suite's integrations. Twilio delivers inbound texts for every dialer and CRM number to its SMS webhook. The CRM posts consented new leads to its new-lead webhook, which auto-enrolls them in the organization's speed-to-lead campaign. Cron routes resume paused campaigns and send drip steps on schedule, and opt-out keywords are honored across every campaign. The app shares the suite's session, 2FA, and prepaid-billing model, and exposes the balance and campaign APIs the other apps call.
